How long will it take for my UPS shipment to arrive?

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Although we often ship the same day we can not guarantee same day shipments, we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All in stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. If there will be a delay beyond 3 days we will contact you to notify you of the delay.

If it is important that your order arrive in time for a race or weekend of riding we encourage you to call us and order by phone 800.999.4594. Your salesperson will assist you with trying to meet your order arrival date .

"Business Day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year's Eve*, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day*, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

UPS Ground Shipments: The map below represents days in transit form the time your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed to be delivered the day after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday.

UPS 2 Day Air: Guaranteed to be delivered 2 days after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Thursday it will not be delivered until Monday.

UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed to be delivered 3 days after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Wednesday it will not be delivered until Monday.

The day the order is shipped is not considered a shipping day. If an order is shipped Monday using 3 day select it will be delivered on Thursday, 2 Day Air would be delivered on Wednesday. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

 

How do I track my package? 

Once your package has shipped UPS will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. These e-mails are sent between 7- 9 P.M. EST the day your order ships. You may have to wait up to 24 hours for you tracking data to display correctly. With your tracking number you can track your package by going to www.ups.com or calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). For orders being delivered to Canada please visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-782-7892.

USPS (United States Postal Service) Shipments:

Priority Mail Shipments normally deliver 2-3 days after the order has processed. Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday. No Holiday deliveries.

First Class Mail shipments normally deliver in 1-7 days. Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday. No Holiday deliveries.

After receiving your shipment notification invoice you will be able to track your package by visiting USPS.com.
