Magic Racing is a online business, although we do have a store, what is available in the online store does not represent what we have in stock in our retail store. Pricing 

www.magicracing.com pricing is reserved for internet purchases only. Prices may vary on phone orders, and/or in-store purchases. If you plan on visiting Magic Racing's retail location it is advised that you call to check pricing and availability. 

Sales Tax Information 

Magic Racing shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in Michigan. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Order online and pick up in store.

Yes this feature is available. You can place a order on www.magicracing.com and pick it up in our retail store. We will contact you by email as soon as the item(s) are ready for pick up.

How long will it take for my UPS shipment to arrive?

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Although we often ship the same day we can not guarantee same day shipments, we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All in stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. If there will be a delay beyond 3 days we will contact you to notify you of the delay.

If it is important that your order arrive in time for a race or weekend of riding we encourage you to call us and order by phone (586) 254-9117. Your salesperson will assist you with trying to meet your order arrival date .

"Business Day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year's Eve*, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day*, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

*Delivery of Air and International packages only.

UPS Ground Shipments: The map below represents days in transit form the time your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed to be delivered the day after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday.

UPS 2 Day Air: Guaranteed to be delivered 2 days after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Thursday it will not be delivered until Monday.

UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed to be delivered 3 days after order is shipped.† If order is shipped on Wednesday it will not be delivered until Monday.

The day the order is shipped is not considered a shipping day. If an order is shipped Monday using 3 day select it will be delivered on Thursday, 2 Day Air would be delivered on Wednesday. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

How do I track my package? 

Once your package has shipped UPS will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. These e-mails are sent between 7- 9 P.M. EST the day your order ships. You may have to wait up to 24 hours for you tracking data to display correctly. With your tracking number you can track your package by going to www.ups.com or calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). For orders being delivered to Canada please visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-782-7892.

USPS (United States Postal Service) Shipments:

Priority Mail Shipments normally deliver 2-3 days after the order has processed. Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday. No Holiday deliveries.

First Class Mail shipments normally deliver in 1-7 days. Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday. No Holiday deliveries.

After receiving your shipment notification invoice you will be able to track your package by visiting USPS.com.

Security of Your Personal Information: 

Magic Racing utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.

My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card. What happened?

YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are called pending holds. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you as well as the entire eCommerce industry.

Pending holds occur because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transaction that has been submitted for approval. Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification. Once you submit your credit card information for approval, your bank/credit company checks to verify the amount of money available. If you have enough funds, then an authorization code is given and the money is placed on hold. Once your funds are verified, then all of the billing information entered is verified with an AVS - Address Verification System. If your information is not exactly how your bank/credit company has it on file, then your transaction will be decline and your order will not process. The pre-authorized amount reserved against your account will remain for a predefined period of time until it is expired by the card-issuer. This time period varies with all card-issuing banks and you will need to contact them directly to find out what their hold times are.

Product Images 

Product images may differ from actual product appearance. Some images are representations of the actual product and are used to give an idea of the general product appearance.

Payment Methods 

Magic Racing accepts PayPal payments only for online orders.

Typographical Errors 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Magic Racing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Magic Racing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Magic Racing shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge. In the event a product stock level is listed incorrectly Magic Racing will inform you by e-mail or phone.

Do we sponsor riders?

We do sponsor local amateur racers, and we sponsor local amateur races to the benefit of all the participants.

Product Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims 

At Magic Racing, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If an item did not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return.

Return Policy

Wrong size, wrong color - No Problem!

Return new/unused items to Magic Racing within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Shipping fees or costs associated with shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Shipping fee's on items that qualified for the free shipping program will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund.

Absolutely no returns/refunds or exchanges on any electrical part or device. No returns/refunds or exchanges on "special order" KTM parts.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
